Lady Zucchero s.r.l. is a company specialized in the production and direct sale of customized sachets for bars and restaurants.
The company has five production lines and a printing department for customizing the packages.
The company's growth is followed by the enforcement of the production infrastructures and, in particular, by the introduction of two packaging machines.
In order to increase the production Lady Zucchero has start a project that involves the use of the graphic and interactive tool of the FLEX suite with the aim of interconnecting the machines and increasing performance.

After the successful partnership with Trelleborg Wheel System, the digitalization project of the rubber giant now also includes Trelleborg Bohemia with the Czech factory in Hradec Králové. The project involves the installation of JFlex-APS to support the production planning function.
The APS system will be integrated into the factory with the existing ERP allowing the company to project accurate predictive production scenarios capable of guaranteeing a better organization of work and resources.

Nuova Isma, a company based in Friuli Venezia Giulia, specialized in the production of equipment and machinery in stainless steel and alloys for the chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic sector with over 60 years of experience.
The company has chosen the new modular and integrated system for advanced process management (OPM) of the JFLEX suite.
The partnership was born from the need of the company to be able to integrate and manage technical data and processes such as supplier management, subcontracting and billing in order to improve performance and internal organization.

Dopo il successo della partnership con Trelleborg Wheel System, il progetto di digitalizzazione del colosso della gomma, include ora anche Trelleborg Bohemia con lo stabilimento ceco di Hradec Králové.
Il progetto prevede l’installazione di JFlex- APS per il supporto della funzione di pianificazione della produzione.
Il sistema APS si integrerà nello stabilimento con l’ERP preesistente consentendo all'azienda le proiezioni di accurati scenari predittivi di produzione capaci di garantire una miglior organizzazione del lavoro e delle risorse.
